These proposed terms concern access to the Gliderdale Global public website and, where access is granted, the restricted portal. The exact contracting legal entity has not yet been confirmed. This document is a draft pending counsel review and has no effective date; it should not be treated as an executed or operative agreement. Additional signed documents, confidentiality undertakings, portal invitations or transaction-specific terms may govern particular activities and control where they conflict with general website information.

The public website provides general corporate information. The portal is a restricted working environment for invited and authorized users; creating an authentication account alone does not grant portal access, access to a particular deal or entitlement to materials. Access may be limited according to user role, organization, deal, eligibility and applicable law. Do not attempt to enter areas or view materials outside your authorization. Access to an investment-related record is not an invitation to invest.

If you are granted portal access, provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the Contact page or your established relationship channel. Use available multifactor authentication where required and do not share accounts or bypass access restrictions. You are responsible for activity under your credentials to the extent permitted by applicable law, except activity caused by our own fault. Authentication, account recovery and security settings may be operated by a third-party identity provider.

Do not use the site or portal for fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful activity or infringement of others’ rights. Do not upload malware or malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, harvest personal data, automate bulk extraction or scrape restricted materials, probe security without written permission, or use materials in violation of applicable restrictions. You must have rights to submit any information or files you provide. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where appropriate, subject to applicable law.

You or the applicable rights holder retain ownership of information and files you submit. By submitting them, you permit the website operator and its service providers to store, process, display to authorized participants and use them only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to your request, maintain records and comply with legal duties, subject to any separate agreement. Do not post materials you are not authorized to disclose.

All photographs, images and graphics on this website are protected by copyright and are owned by or licensed to Gliderdale Global, or belong to their respective owners. They may not be copied, downloaded for reuse, modified or distributed without prior written permission from Gliderdale Global or the applicable rights holder. Unless otherwise noted, images of data centers, construction sites, power, cooling and other digital-infrastructure facilities are representative of projects conducted by Teledata Group with Gliderdale participation. Other images, including healthcare, payments, hospitality, office and architectural scenes, are representative imagery selected to illustrate a sector or theme and, unless otherwise noted, do not depict a specific Gliderdale, portfolio-company or client facility, person or project. No image is offered as evidence of performance, results or the terms of any investment.

Nothing on this website or in general portal access is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, a commitment to undertake a transaction, or investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Any offer, if made, would be made only through definitive documents and to eligible persons in compliance with applicable law.
