Originates and evaluates transactions, structures investment vehicles, participates as principal or sponsor where appropriate, works with co-investors and provides active portfolio oversight, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Arthur Atkinson
Data centre strategy & development
Arthur brings international experience in data centre design, construction, operations and development. His background spans site acquisition, planning, cross-border negotiations and the delivery of complex new-build and live-facility expansion projects, with hands-on oversight of engineering teams, budgets and programmes.
Ron H Moses
Technology, finance & operations
Ron combines technology architecture with business building, deal origination and operational leadership. His experience spans mission-critical data centres, telecom infrastructure, payments and digital banking, including founding Paynuity and co-founding United Communications Group. He brings a focus on resilient systems, security and operations after commissioning.
Tony Smirk
Construction & project delivery
Tony leads construction projects from concept and design through tendering, commissioning and handover. His international experience includes data centres, civil engineering and property development, coordinating designers, contractors and suppliers while managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety and quality.
